A note on what this is

A short note, since a website without one feels strange.

I’ll be writing here about three things: the tools and practices I’m using to build with AI, the shape of work and companies as the cost of software keeps falling, and the questions that don’t have clean answers yet.

Some of it will be careful. Some will be wrong. I’ll try to mark which is which.
