I'm Keyfer Cisek. I've been building software and leading teams for over fifteen years. The through-line is the same question every time: how do you build things that actually matter, with people who care, when the ground keeps shifting?
Right now I'm the VP of AI at Goody and the CEO of More & More. Before that I led engineering teams at Shopify and Clio, founded and sold an app company, and started angel investing along the way.
The part I keep coming back to is the human side of fast-moving tools — how teams learn, how leaders adapt, what stays true when everything else changes. That's where the next chapter is pointed.
